摘　　要：运动员的培养是一项牵涉到广泛因素的复杂的系统工程,需要从多方面入手,统筹兼顾,充分协调地运用各种手段和方法,调动和发挥一切积极因素的作用,最大限度地挖掘运动员的运动潜能,实现运动成绩的提高。传统的运动员培养方式,往往偏重对运动员的管理和训练,而疏于对运动员进行正确思想意识的培养。但事实上在运动员的培养过程中,除了科学的管理和训练之外,对运动员进行思想教育也是十分重要的,而且它的重要性并不亚于训练过程本身。本文就运动员思想教育内容和方式方法做了一些探讨,以求促进运动员正确思想意识的树立和积极态度的形成,从而有力地推动运动成绩的提高。Training an athlete is a complex project which refers to several factors. We must begin with various means and methods, make full use of them and act out all the active factors. But the tradition way of training athletes always overweight the management and training, at the same time oversights the education of ideology. In fact, the ideological education is as important as physical training itself. The ideological education is as important as physical training itself. It is the strongest power to promote the athletes to do hard training and make great pro- gress. This paper aims at talking about the contents and methods of the athlete ideological education in order to drive them to set up correct ideology and active attitude and promote the sport performance.
