摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查、教学实验、数理统计等研究法,对我院体育课程设置及教学等进行实验性研究。本研究提出目标教学,严谨设计体育与健康教育有机结合的教学结构元素,组成系统并探索了该系统的具体应用等问题。提高了体育课程的良好功效,为体育教育改革向深层次发展提供了有价值的理论参考。The designing and teaching of P.E.lesson in our college have been studied experimentally through library materials collecting,questionnaire and investigation,teaching test,mathematics statistics and some other means.The article comes up with a system of the combination of aim-teaching,strict designing the teaching elements of P.E.with health education and explores some concrete problems such as the utilization of the system,which improves the results of P.E.and provides some valuable theoretical reference for the further innovation of the college P.E..
