摘  要:三峡水电厂机组伸缩节投运后,先后出现部分伸缩节导流板连接螺栓断裂、导流板局部撕裂等现象。为确保伸缩节长期安全运行,三峡水电厂对伸缩节导流板破坏机理进行了研究。采用理论计算与现场试验相结合的方法,重点研究了机组伸缩节受力状况、脉动压力、导流板振动特性等。研究表明伸缩节导流板破坏主要是疲劳破坏。After the expansion bends of Three Gorges Hydropower Plant(TGHP) units are put into operation,incidents such as fracture of coupling bolts and splitting of expansion bend guide plate have have successively occurred.To ensure the long-term safe operation of the expansion bends,the damage mechanism of the expansion bend guide plate of TGHP was studied.Through field tests and theoretical calculations,the the forces and pulse pressures on the guide plate as well as the vibration characteristics of the expansion bends were highlighted.The research shows that the destruction of the expansion bend guide plate is mainly fatigued one.
