摘 要:泄洪闸门是防洪泄洪的执行部件,汛期闸门启动次数频繁,其可靠性直接关系到大坝、厂房及下游河道的安全。原系统采用人工方式启闭,存在启闭高度难以控制、放水量无法计算、控制不及时等缺陷。为了确保闸门控制的可靠性和安全性,改造后的系统采用了分层分布式系统结构,由主控级、现地控制单元级和现地动力箱3个部分组成高可靠性的控制网络,并在控制方面增加了若干闭锁条件、优先级判断及闸门泄流量的自动统计等功能。Spillway gate is used to flood discharge control and its reliability is of great concern to the securities of the dam,plant and downstream river,because the gate is always frequently open during flood period.Open and closure of the gate usually is operated manually in old system,which results in difficult to control hoisting heights,to calculate water discharge volume,and to control on time.In order to ensure the reliability and security of gate control,hierarchical distributed system architecture is adopted for the improved gate control system.In the improved system,the main control stage,local control stage and local distributing box form a control network with high reliability.In addition,several functions are added such as blocking conditions and priority judgment,as well as the automatic count of flood flow volume,etc.
