摘　　要：本文以1,8-二氨基萘-3,6-二磺酸为偶合组分,与不同重氮组分偶合得到结构新颖的双偶氮活性染料。制备过程中不盐析,产品直接干燥,无三废排放。应用性能测试结果表明,该类双偶氮活性染料具有高固色率、好的提升力和优异的各项牢度。A new series disazo reactive dyes were synthesized by coupling different diazonium salts with 1,8-diaminonaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid.The dyestuffs were obtained by direct drying without salting out and there were no wastes discharged in all processes of the manufacture.The results of the application performance showed that these disazo reactive dyes possessed high fixation,good building up and excellent fastnesses of all kinds.
