近3年我院门诊中药饮片应用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解北京中医药大学第三附属医院中药饮片的使用特点,为中药饮片的合理使用、科学监管提供依据。方法:提取2007年7月—2010年6月我院门诊中药处方71 273张,将处方输入计算机,进行统计分析。结果:中药饮片被广泛应用到各种疾病的治疗中;用中医药治疗疾病的人数、处方量及药材消耗量及消费金额都在逐年增加;脑病科等科室的中药处方数百分比较高。结论:久病体虚的中老年患者依然是采用中医中药治疗的主体,40岁以下年龄段的患者在逐年递增;在第3年,中药饮片的处方剂量出现了明显的上升,这可能与部分医生习惯以重剂治疗慢性、顽固性疾病有关;提示应根据医学发展、疾病特点、中药饮片处方中的使用剂量等情况变化,适当修改中药饮片临床使用的相关标准,提高中药饮片合理用药水平。科室中药处方数百分比排序为重点监测中药应用合理性,为临床中药学开展提供了依据。OBJECTIVE：To probe into to the utilization characteristics of Chinese herbal pieces so as to provide references for reasonable use and scientific supervision of Chinese herbal pieces.METHODS：A total of 71 273 prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine from July 2007 to June 2010 collected from the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital were collected and analyzed statistically using computer.RESULTS：Chinese herbal pieces have been widely used for treating various diseases.The number of patients that are treated by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,the amount of prescriptions,the consumption amount and the consumption sum of Chinese herbal medicines has been increasing year by year.The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in Neurology Department etc represented a higher proportion.CONCLUSION：Middle aged and elderly patients whose bodies are wasted by chronic diseases are still the major group that are adopting TCM treatments,however,the number of patients aged below 40 increased year by year.In the third year,the prescribed dose of Chinese herbal pieces showed a significant increase,which might be attributed to some physicians’ preference of prescribing large dose for chronic and refractory diseases.The results indicate that the relevant standards of clinical use of Chinese herbal pieces should be modified in accordance with the development of medicine,characteristics of diseases and dosage of Chinese herbal pieces prescriptions in an attempt to improve the level of rational administration of this kind of medicine.The percentage ranking of the number of Chinese herbal pieces prescriptions provides basis for monitoring the rationality of the use of Chinese herbal pieces and evolving of clinical pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine
