摘　　要：目的:了解广西壮族自治区皮肤病医院抗组胺药应用情况和发展趋势,探讨抗组胺药的合理应用问题。方法:采用用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)、DDDs排序、金额排序及排序比(B/A),结合处方点评结果,分析我院2006—2010年抗组胺药应用情况。结果:我院抗组胺药的用药金额、DDDs呈逐年增长态势。结论:安全、有效、应用方便的第2、3代抗组胺药是我院临床应用的主要药物,价格低廉但作用肯定的第1代抗组胺药仍发挥其独特效应,医疗机构应加强抗组胺药管理,提高药物治疗水平。OBJECTIVE：To probe into the status quo and the tendency of the use of antihistamine drugs in Guangxi Zhuang Nationality Autonomous Region Dermatological hospital and discuss the issue regarding their rational use.METHODS：The use of antihistamine drugs in our hospital during the period 2006-2010 was analyzed in respect of the DDDs,DDC,ordering in DDDs and consumption sum and sequential ratio（B/A） together with the results on prescription comments.RESULTS：Both the consumption and DDDs of antihistamine drugs in our hospital increased year by year.CONCLUSION：The second and third generations of antihistamines with proved safety and efficacy and convenience in use are predominantly used drugs in our hospital,however,the first generation of the antihistamines with lower cost but proved efficacy still play a special role.Measures should be taken to tighten control on the use of antihistamines to improve the drug treatment level
