摘　　要：目的:通过分析中国人民解放军第101医院门诊处方不合理用药情况,提高和促进我院门诊用药水平。方法:抽取2010年我院第4季度全部处方12 648张。从中挑选出不合理用药处方进行归类分析。结果:不合理用药处方608张,不合格率为4.81%,其中用法用量不合理、重复给药所占比例较大。结论:我院门诊临床用药仍存在不少不合理现象。不合理用药不仅造成经济上的浪费,而且还增加了药品不良反应和耐药性,导致药源性疾病发生。因此,必须加强管理力度和药师用药指导工作,提高用药水平。OBJECTIVE：To analyze status quo of irrational drug use in outpatient prescriptions of No.101 hospital of PLA in an attempt to enhance and promote outpatient rational drug use.METHODS：A total of 12 648 prescriptions in the fourth quarter of 2008 in our hospital were collected,of which the irrational prescriptions were selected for classified analysis.RESULTS：608（4.81%） outpatient prescriptions were found to be irrational.The irrationality appeared predominantly as irrational in dosage and administration or repeated dosing.CONCLUSION：The irrational outpatient drug use in our hospital is serious,which not only lead to the waste economically but also increases in adverse drug reactions and drug resistance that give rise to drug-induced disease.Therefore,it is urgent to tighten control on drug use meanwhile strengthening pharmacists’ guidance on drug use to promote rational drug use level
