摘　　要：本文根据CCITT1988年兰皮书提出的建议和IEC的有关文件,参考近年来我国几条光缆通信工程建设经验,论述了光缆通信工程总体设计中的几个重要问题。This paper, according to the new CCITT re■ommendations in blue book of 1988 and the documents of IEC, and the experiences of some optical cable projects recently built in China, discusses several important principles that may be considered for general design.
