鼻阻力检查在模拟招飞体检中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究鼻阻力检查在招飞体检中的优缺点、客观性，及其应用于招飞休检的可行性和需要改进之处。方法①抽取18～21岁男青年30名，行鼻阻力检查。主要记录鼻阻力（nasal airway resistance，NAR）的数值。然后由具有丰富招飞经验的专家对其进行体检，体检专家在体检前不知道鼻腔通气功能检查的结果。根据体检专家的检查结果将受试：等分为合格组与鼻中隔偏曲组，比较其NAR，了解差异有无统计学意义。②对于鼻中隔偏曲组，志愿行手术治疗的男青年，行内窥镜下鼻中隔矫正术，术后再次行鼻阻力检查及传统鼻镜检查，对比术前、术后是否具有客）见数据上的差异。结果80名男青年中，经招飞专家检查不合格率为35％（28／80），鼻阻力两组之间NAR的数据对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。28例中，12例手术治疗的患者术后经专家体检均符合招飞标准，其NAR数值与术前对比差异也具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论在招飞体检中，鼻阻力检查是一种客观的鼻腔检查方法，比起传统体检方法，它更能够通过数据反映问题，为、招飞体检提供重要的参考依据。Objective To study the advantages and disadvantages of objectivity of nasal airway resistance examination in pilot recruitment and its fitness with traditional method. Methods （1）Eighty young men were recruited for nasal airway resistance examination. The data of nasal airway resistance （NAR） was recorded. These volunteers were inspected with the expert who had rich experience of the pilot, and divided into qualified group and nasal septum deviation group. Results of nasal airway resistance examination were not known by the expert. （2）Operation was performed with the volunteer in nasal septum deviation group who accepted surgery treatment. Nasal airway resistance was examined again after opera tion. Compared with the objective data whether postoperative have differences. Results There are statistically significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.01）. 12 volunteers who accepted surgery treatment had passed the pilot recruitment by expert after operation（P〈0.01）. Conclusion In the pilot recruitment examination, nasal airway resistance examination is an objective nasal inspection method, it can be used to reduce the error and omissions caused by subjective inspections.
