摘 要:与改革开放初期相比,我国旅游星级饭店用工已经失去了往日的风光,不再是就业者眼中的"香饽饽"了,动辄十里挑一、被求职者挤破门槛的现象再也难得一见。饭店人力资源流失已成为我国饭店业令人困扰的问题。饭店人力资源流失会给饭店经营管理带来一系列消极影响,如服务质量下降、客源流失、招聘及培训成本加大等。对劳动密集型的饭店企业来说,人力资源是最重要的资源。本文对当前饭店人力资源流失原因进行了分析,找出问题的症结,提出了减少人力资源流失的对策:在激烈的市场竞争中,饭店要想吸引和留住员工,提高员工的满意感和忠诚度,必须以强有力的企业文化为支撑,以与劳动价值相符的薪酬待遇为基础,以"以人为本"的企业氛围为依托,将"员工第一"的理念贯彻到人力资源管理工作中,唯有如此,饭店才能在员工的努力工作中得到回报,实现企业与员工的双赢。Compared with the early days of the reformation and open-up policy,the employment of hotels has lost its good days.The personnel leakage in hospitality industry has been an annoying problem in hotels in China,which brings a series of influences,namely,low service quality,loss of clients,more cost of recruitment and training.For labor-intensive hospitality industry,personnel is the most valuable resource.By analyzing the reasons of personnel leakage in hospitality industry,this thesis finds out the sticking point of the problem and puts forward the countermeasures of prevention of the leakage.To withhold the talents,an enterprise should have its own culture and give its employees accordant wage and treatment.Only by doing this can the hospitality industry regain its employee's hard working and realize double-win between enterprise and employees.
