摘  要:鉴于单相供电的局限性以及三相供电的优越性,目前大功率变频空调领域主要采用三相无源功率因数校正方案。在考虑校正效果以及成本、体积、重量、效率、输出电压等因素情况下,提出并分析了不控整流器采用单级LC滤波器时关键问题,包括混合谐波源等效原理、谐波电流滤波原理、输出直流电压提升原理、整流桥最佳输入线电压波形,并对搭建的最大输出功率7.5kW的三相LC滤波器-整流桥-电解电容-电阻负载系统进行仿真和实验研究,所得结果相互验证,表明三相不控整流器采用LC滤波器是完全可行的,在较宽的负载范围内可以获得高功率因数(0.99)、低电流THD(小于10.0)和高直流电压平均值(超过500V),谐波电流含量符合IEC61000-3-2标准。Due to the limitations of single-phase power supply as well as the advantage of the three-phase power supply,high power air-conditioners should be powered by three-phase supply with passive power factor correction scheme.Considering the effects of correction,cost,size,weight,efficiency,output voltage and other aspects,the key issues for uncontrolled rectifier with single-stage LC filter are proposed,including principle of harmonic source equivalence,principle of harmonic current filter,increase of output DC voltage and the best rectifier input line voltage waveform,etc.After repeative simulations and experiments on the output power 7.5kW three-phase system with LC filter-bridge rectifier-electrolytic capacitor-resistor load,it is shown that three-phase uncontrolled rectifier with LC filters is fully suitable in a wide load range with high power factor (0.99),low current THD(less than 10.0) and higher average DC voltage(over 500V).The contents of harmonic current are all consistent with the IEC61000-3-2 standard.
