摘　　要：简述了InTouch和MODBUS的优点,介绍了基于InTouch和MODBUS协议的电力监控系统的概况和应用背景:设计了基于工控机和SNP-200系列电力仪表的硬件系统;以InTouch和MODBUS IO Server为平台,通过软件实现了遥信、遥测、遥控等功能。这种方法应用简便,且成本低廉,应用表明稳定可靠,在工程上具有一定的参考意义。The adverange of InTouch and MODBUS is introduced,the overview and application background of Power Monitoring and Control System that Based On InTouch and MODBUS Protocol are described;The harderware of of power monitoring and control system,which is based on Industrial Copmuter and SNP-200 serial electrial meter is designed;With the platform of InTouch and MODBUS IO Server,remote signalling, remote measuring,remote control and other functions are realized through software. This method is simple,low cost,and the application shows that it is stable and realiable, these methords have certain reference value in the engineering.
