摘　　要：高校档案工作需要从观念创新、机制创新、制度创新、服务创新等方面入手,以树立先进的档案工作理念,形成上下联动的档案工作运行机制等,去建立健全档案工作管理制度。档案服务功能和领域的拓展,有助于高校档案事业的发展。Universities archive should start with concept innovation,mechanism innovation,institution innovation and service innovation,for the purpose of building up an advanced idea of archival work,forming a archival work mechanism with a linkage between upper and lower,establishing and perfecting the archives management system.The expansion of function and field to archives service will help the development of universities archive.
