摘　　要：简要介绍了事件报告系统IRS(Incident Reporting System)在核安全经验反馈体系中的重要性;介绍了国际原子能机构(IAEA)建立的IRS的基本规范、事件上报的流程、运行管理情况及其在国际核能领域经验交流中应用的情况;结合我国核安全监管机构在推进经验反馈体系工作中的要求,提出了使用IRS系统的几点建议。This paper presents briefly the importance of IRS（Incident Reporting System）in experience feedback system in nuclear safety.The paper also introduces the basic norms of IAEA IRS,the process of reporting the incident,and its operation and management of the exchange of experience in international nuclear energy.Some suggestions have been presented on basis of the requirements of promoting the experience feedback system in nuclear safety regulatory body in our country.
