摘　　要：提出了导致POY上油不匀的主要原因是油剂生菌和油泵磨损。分析了纺丝油剂生菌腐败的成因。通过采取降低油剂环境温度、减少油槽储油量及调整低位油槽的位置等措施,减少了油剂生菌腐败,提高了POY的上油均匀性。The main reason to cause oiling non-uniformity is the deterioration of oil and the abrasion of oil pump. We analyzed the causes of deterioration of oil. By lowering the environmental temperature, reducing the amount of tanker storage and adjusting the position of low position tanker, we can reduce the deterioration and improve the uniformity.
