摘 要:以含硼酚醛树脂为碳前驱体,通过溶剂挥发诱导自组装制备了含硼中孔炭。利用低温氮气吸脱附、小角X射线散射、透射电镜等分析手段对中孔炭样品进行了结构表征,并采用三电极体系对中孔炭样品进行了电化学性能测试。讨论了硼掺杂量对中孔炭的孔结构及电化学性能的影响。结果表明:随硼含量增加,中孔炭孔径缩小且有序度降低。硼质量分数为0.3%时,中孔炭在电流密度为75mA.g-1下的单位面积比电容达到0.51F.m-2,是未掺杂样品的1.9倍,并且仍能够保持有序的孔道结构。Boron-doped mesoporous carbons were prepared by an evaporation-induced self-assembly method using boric acid-modified phenol-formaldehyde resin as carbon precursor.The samples were characterized by nitrogen adsorption,small angle X-ray scattering and transmission electron microscopy.Their electrochemical properties were tested by a three-electrode system.The influence of the boron content on the pore structure and electrochemical properties is discussed.Results show that the pore diameter of the mesoporous carbons decreased and the degree of pore order decreased with the increasing boron content.When the boron mass fraction was 0.3%,the specific capacitance per unit area of the sample reached 0.51 F·m-2 at a current density of 75 mA·g-1,which was 1.9 times that of the undoped one and its ordered pore structure was retained.
