摘　　要：目的:探讨急性重症胰腺炎患者的护理方法。方法:对11例急性重症胰腺炎患者术前给予精心的心理护理及充分的术前准备,术后给予严密的生命体征监测、并发症的观察、引流管的护理、营养支持、血糖及血钙的观察以及加强基础护理措施等。结果:本组9例治愈,2例死亡。结论:对急性重症胰腺炎患者在治疗的基础上配合精细的护理措施,严密观察病情,可促进患者康复,提高患者治愈率。Objective：To study the nursing methods of severe acute panereatitis （SAP）. Methods：Intensive psychological care and adequate pre - operation preparation were done in 11 cases of SAP. Life sign monitoring, complication observation, drainage tubes nursing, nutrition surport, blood sugar and calci- um level obsevation, and basic nursing were done after operation. Results ：9 cases were healed, and 2 eases died. Conclusion：Careful nursing methods based on treatment and observing situaion closely can promote recovery and cure rate in SAP patients.
