风险管理在供应室防止错包发生中的作用

摘　　要：目的:加强供应室风险管理,减少错包发生率。方法:通过理论指导、能力培训、完善制度、实时监控、奖惩结合,减少错包发生率。结果:错包发生率逐年减少,由2006年的0.5%减至2009年的0.02%,两者比较结果有显著性差异(P<0.05);临床科室满意度亦逐年提高,临床科室投诉、医疗差错则逐年减少,逐年比较结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:供应室通过加强风险管理,提高了工作质量,减少了错包发生率,有效地控制了不安全因素及不良危害因素的发生,更好地服务于临床。Objective ： To reduces the wrong - package rates by strengthening the risk - management in supply office. Method ：To reduces the wrong - pack- age rates by theory instruction,ability training, system improvement, real -time monitoring and rewards - punishment system. Result：The wrong - package rates were reduced year by year, there was significantly different between the year 2006 and 2009 （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the clinical administrative offices degree of satisfaction were also enhanced by years,while the clinical administrative offices suit, the medical mistake were reduced by years, there also has significantly different between that two years（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：The work -quality was improved, the w＇rong -package rates was reduced, and the unsafe factor and the bad harm factor have been controlled by strengthening the risk - management in supply office, and both of them well serves in clinical.
