摘　　要：目的:分析医用灭菌纸袋包装灭菌物品使用成本情况。方法:采用医用包装灭菌纸袋代替传统棉布作为器械包装材料,将灭菌纸袋包装使用成本支出与传统棉布包装作比较,按单项成本核算的方法,对包装材料周转中的各项成本构成及总成本,各项成本要素在总成本中所占比例、耗损情况进行核算和比较。结果:使用灭菌纸袋的科室消毒费用减少,耗材成本支出费用减少。结论:使用一次性医用包装灭菌纸袋包装灭菌物品的使用成本优于传统棉布,既节省了消毒费用成本,也降低了耗材支出费用。Objective：Discuss whether of the use cost of medical sterilization paper bags packaging for the sterile items better than the traditional cotton. Methods：Instead of using the traditional cotton ,we use medical sterilization paper bags as the packaging equipment materials. We made a compare between the cost of medical sterilization paper bags and the traditional cotton, and eaeh item cost and total cost of the two kind of packaging material, the ratio of each item take in the total cost, and the consumable cost. Results ：Their disinfection fees and consumables cost were decreased, the department which use sterlization paper bags. Conclusion：The cost of Medical sterilization paper bags is lower than the tradition cotton, both saving disinfection fees and lower the con- sumables cost.
