摘　　要：目的:总结主动脉夹层动脉瘤腔内隔绝术的介入手术护理及配合经验。方法:在导管室对108例患者进行主动脉夹层动脉瘤腔内隔绝术,加强术中护理及与血管外科、介入医师、麻醉医师的配合。结果:108例患者均顺利完成了腔内隔绝术。结论:腔内隔绝术属于新兴的微创治疗手术,且在导管室内进行,术中护理配合有新颖性及特殊性,须进一步总结完善,形成规范。Objective：To explore and summarize the experience and particularity of operative nursing and cooperation of endouaseular graft exclusion of aor- tic dissection. Methods：The endouascular graft exclusion of aortic dissection of 108 patients were performed in interventional suite, and the course was ac- companied by lntraoperative nursing and cooperation with vascular surgeon, anesthestist and interventional physician. Resuhs：lntmoperative nursing and co- operation guarantee the success of the endouaseular graft exclusion of aortic dissection of 108 cases. Conclusion： Endouaseular graft exclusion is the new treatment which belongs to the area of microtrauma Surgery, and is performed in interventional suite. As a result of the novelty and particularity of Intraopera- rive nursing,we need to luther summarize, perfect it, and form regulations.
