摘　　要：随着经济建设的发展和人民群众生活水平的不断提高,我市第三产业获得了长足的进步。第三产业的发展,推动了经济增长,丰富了人民群众的精神与物质生活。但我市饮食服务业的发展带来了环境污染、扰民纠纷也日趋严重。这些扰民问题如不能及时解决,将产生社会不安定因素。With the development of economic construction and the improvement of the mass living standard .tertiary industry was advanced fast in Nanchang City. It has propelled economic growth forward .provided enriched cultural and material life for the people. But the environment pollution and the dispute by developing the catering trade and others tends seriously. They are all unstable factors for the society.
