摘　　要：为适应污染物总量控制,必须改革现行排污收费制度,开展污染物总量排污收费,本文探讨了总量收费制度下水污染物排放总量的监测办法。In order to adapt to total amount control of pollutant,it's imperative to reform the regulation of charge for discharge amount in force and carry out total amount charge of pollutant. Based this,the paper approach on the amount monitor-ing's way for water pollutants.
