摘  要:目的:探讨大负荷训练对男子网球运动员生化指标和免疫机能的影响。方法:对8名优秀男子网球运动员4周大负荷训练前后Hb、CK、BUN、LDH等生理生化指标以及IgA、IgG、IgM、WBC、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+等免疫相关指标进行观察。结果:1)Hb显著性下调外(P<0.05),CK、BUN、LDH均呈显著性上调(P<0.05);2)IgA、IgG、IgM均呈显著性下调(P<0.05),而WBC未见显著性变化(P>0.05);3)CD4+呈显著性上调(P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+呈显著性下调(P<0.05),而CD3+和CD8+未见显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论:大负荷训练对男子网球运动员的某些生理生化指标和免疫机能会产生一定程度的影响。This paper explores the effect of heavy - load training on some physiological & biochemical and immune indexes of tennis athletes. Eight mate elite tennis athletes were selected as subject s and the changes of Hb, CK, BUN, LDH, IgA, IgG, IgM, WBC, CD3 + , CD4 + , CD8 + , CD4+ /CD8 + were observed. The result shows that, firstly, Hb has down - regulated significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ), while CK, BUN, LDH has up - regulated significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; secondly, IgA, IgG, IgM has clown - regulated significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) with no significantly difference of WBC (P 〉 0. 05 ) ; thirdly, CD4 + and CD4+/CD8+ has significant up -regulated and down- regulated separately( P 〈 0. 05 ). It is concluded that a period of heavy - load training has effected on physiological & biochemical indexes and immune function of tennis athletes to a certain extent.
