摘　　要：目的:测定朝藿定C与人血浆的蛋白结合率。方法:采用HPLC结合超滤法对朝藿定C与健康人血浆的蛋白结合率进行测定。结果:当朝藿定C质量浓度为10.65,26.62,106.5μg.mL-1时,朝藿定C与人血浆的蛋白结合率分别为(83.24±0.73)%,(85.85±0.74)%,(86.22±1.21)%。结论:体外朝藿定C与人血浆蛋白有较强的结合。Objective： To determine the protein binding rates of epimedin C with human plasma protein. Methods： HPLC method coupled with uhrafihration was employed to determine protein binding rates of epimedin C with human plasma. Results： The protein binding rates of epimedin C with human plasma from this study were （ 83.24 ± 0.73）, （85.85 ±0.74）, （86.22 ± 1.21） with plasma concentration of 10.65, 26. 62 and 106.5 .g.mL-1, respectively. Conclusion： Epimedin C has higher extent protein binding with human plasma.
