新时期理工科院校社科版学报发展问题刍议

摘　　要：理工科院校社科版学报在引领和推动所在学校主干学科发展、促进文理渗透、进行跨学科研究等方面具有独特作用。当前理工科院校社科版学报大都面临着社会认同度低、所在学校重视程度不够、学术支撑较弱以及人才缺乏等方面的困境。促进理工科院校社科版学报的发展,首先各级管理部门要加以重视,给予大力支持,加大人才引进和培养等方面的力度。从学报自身来说,一是要以所在学校的主干学科为依托,找准定位,走特色化办刊的路子;二是要着力提高编辑人员素质,建设一支现代化的编辑队伍。Social science edition journals in science and engineering universities play a unique role in leading and speeding the development of major disciplines, facilitating mutual penetration of arts and science and promoting interdisciplinary studies. However, at present, most of the journals are facing problems such as low degree of social acceptance, little university attention, weak academic support, lack of talented personnel and so on. To guarantee the rapid development of social science edition journals in universities of science, management departments at various levels should pay more attention and offer more support to the journals, and at the same time introduce and cultivate more competent personnel for them. As far as the university journals of social science edition are concerned, they should firstly rely on the core disciplines of the universities, pinpoint the position of the journals and make prominent the journals＇ specialties ; secondly, they should promote the qualities of the editors and build a modem team of editors.
