无张力疝修补术治疗中老年腹股沟疝156例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨无张力疝修补术治疗中老年腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法回顾分析2007年7月至2010年12月无张力疝修补156例(A组),传统疝修补208例(B组),对比分析两组临床资料。结果①平均住院日:A组4.7d,B组9.6d,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.5996,P<0.05)。②平均术后下床活动时间:A组11.2h,B组173.2h,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.3459,P<0.05)。③平均术后恢复日常活动时间:A组5d,B组71d,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.1575,P<0.05)。④术后并发症:A组23.6%,B组45.8%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.3209,P<0.05)。⑤术后复发:A组1.33%,B组17.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.410,P<0.05)。结论从临床资料统计分析证实无张力疝修补术是治疗中老年腹股沟疝的最佳术式。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of tension-free hernioplasty repair treatment of middle-aged and eldery surgical inguinal hernia.Methods Clinical data of 156 cases with tension-free hernioplasty（A group）and 417 cases with traditional hernioplasty（B group）in the patients with inguinal hernia from July 2007 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results ①Average hospitalization time：A group of aerage hospital was4.7 days, B group of aerage hospital was 9.6 days, two groups of average hospitalization time with significant differences.②A group were 11.2 hours and B groups were 173.2 hours for average times of bed down move after operation,two groups were significant difference（χ2=11.3459,P〈0.05）. ③A group were 5 days and B group were 71 days for average times of resume everyday move after operation,two groups were significant difference（χ2=13.1575,P〈0.05）. ④A group were 29.5% and B group were 57.2% for complication after operation,two groups were significant difference（χ2=19.3208,P〈0.05）. ⑤A group were 1.33% and B group were 17.5% for recurrent rate,two groups were significant difference（χ2=4.410,P〈0.05）.Conclusion From clinical material statistics analysis confirmed tension-free hernioplasty is the best method treatment of middle-aged and elderly surgical inguinal hernia.
