手术室卫生员管理体会

摘　　要：目的提高手术室卫生员工作质量和效率。方法观察卫生员管理中存在的问题并采取相应措施:加强培训,明确工作流程,保证消毒质量,加强自我防护,给予人文关怀。结果 2008～2010年间,我院手术室Ⅰ类切口感染率,手术室空气、卫生员清洁手及物品表面细菌培养菌落数均有不同程度下降结论加强手术室卫生员管理能有效控制医院感染的发生。Objective To promote work efficiency and quality of the operating room assistants（ORA）.Methods We corrected the defect in ORA administration, enhanced training,cleared work procedure, guaranteed high degermation quality, enhanced self-protection,gave humane care.Results From 2008 to 2010,the infection ratio of class Ⅰ operative incision,the clonal formation unit in the air and on the object surface in operating room all had decreased.Conclusion The enhanced ORA administration could decrease nosocomial infection rate.
