摘　　要：在分析影响高校毕业生就业因素的基础上,认为要全面贯彻落实国家"十二五"规划纲要,进一步完善调控政策,大力发展国民经济,拓展就业空间,扩大就业规模;国家要加大对教育的投入,高校要强化内涵建设和社会实践教学,把高校毕业生就业工作放在首位,培养毕业生的实践能力,不断提高人才培养质量。Based on analysis of factors affecting the employment of college graduates,we must implement the ＂twelfth five-year＂ plan of our country,further perfect control policy,develop the national economy,expand employment,increase education investment,reinforce the connotation construction and social practice teaching of college,put the employment of college graduates in the primacy,improve graduates practice ability and the personnel training quality.
