丹参注射液与柴芩承气汤治疗ASP大鼠对IL-6影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹参注射液和柴芩承气汤在治疗急性重症胰腺炎(acutesevere pancreatitis,ASP)对白细胞介素(IL-6)的影响异同以及可能机制,为临床治疗ASP时采用不同的中西医结合疗法提供依据。方法:用5%牛磺胆酸钠逆行胰胆管注射制备ASP大鼠模型,根据实验分为假手术组、ASP组、丹参治疗组和柴芩承气汤治疗组,检测各组中不同时段(4、8、24h)血IL-6的水平,观察胰腺病理评分。结果:与假手术组相比,ASP各组血IL-6水平明显增高,且随各时段延长而增高;丹参与柴芩承气汤治疗组IL-6水平低于ASP组;丹参治疗组各指标水平高于柴芩承气汤组(P<0.05)。结论:ASP时,丹参注射液与柴芩承气汤均有治疗作用,可明显降低IL-6水平并减轻胰腺损伤程度;柴芩承气汤疗效优于丹参。Objective：To investigate the effect of Danshen and Chaiqinchenqi-Decoction on IL-6 for actue severe pancreatitis and the mechnasim,and to Provide the evidence for the using combination of traditional Chinese and western medication.Methods：The acute severe pancreatitis animal model was prepared by the 5% infusing bile pancrea duct.There are four teams,sham team,acute severe pancreatitis team,Danshen medication team,and Chaiqinchengqi-Decoction medication team.IL-6 was checked at different time,4 hours,8 hours,and 24 hours.The regulation pathology analysis.Results：Compared with sham group,IL-6 of other three groups increased sharply.The levels of IL-6 rise followed with the extension of time,and increase with the evaluation of pathology at the same time.The indications of Danshen group are superior to Chaiqinchengqi-Decoction group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Dashen and Chaiqinchengqi-Decoction all have the function of treatment for acute severe pancreatitis,IL-6 decreased significantly,and aliment the injury of pancrea.The effect of Chaiqinchengqi is better than Danshen.
