摘　　要：目的:探讨耳内镜手术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎(胆脂瘤型)的疗效。方法:回顾分析本科在2008年3月～2010年1月收治的61例慢性化脓性中耳炎(胆脂瘤型)患者的临床资料。结果:术后随访时发现,所有患者的术腔、耳漏及鼓膜的恢复情况良好,无并发症,且听力情况较术前显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:选择直径合适,清晰度、亮度较好的内镜,并同时与传统显微镜相互作用,这样对慢性化脓性中耳炎的治疗比较有效、可靠。Objective：To study the therapy effect of suppurative otitis media by operation under otoendoscope.Methods：The clinical materials of 61 cases of suppurative otitis media（cholesteatoma type） were reviewed and analyzed from Mar.2008 to Jan.2010.Results：By postoperative visit,all patients＇ operated area,leakage and eardrum were in good health.There was no complication,but had signifieant differences of hearing（P0.05）.Conclusion：The suppurative otitis media by appropriate diameter,otoendoscope of good definition and brightness,combine with microscope is reliable and effective.
