摘　　要：良好的通信保障是实施军交指挥自动化的根本前提。分析军交调度通信系统现状及基于CTI（computer telecommunication integration）技术的军交调度通信系统的几项关键技术,分析在ACD（auto calling distribution）排队实现过程中容易出现的问题,并提出了解决方法,给出了预测等待时间算法。Good communication support is the basic prerequisite of implementing military transportation and commanding automation.This paper analyzed actuality and some key techniques used in new communication system based on CTI technique,studied some problems which emerged frequently in the implementation of ACD queuing,brought forward its solutions,presented a kind of algorithm to predict the customer waiting time.
