摘　　要：采用可拓理论,建立了装备维修保障人员的评价指标体系,确定了各指标权重并构建物元模型,建立和计算了关联函数,并利用优度评价方法,对装备维修人员保障能力进行了评价,旨在为部队人才选拔和开展训练探索新的方法。Based on the extension theory,this paper established the evaluation index system of equipment maintenance support personnel,defined the weigh of each indexes and constructed the matter element model,built and calculated the correlative function and evaluated the capability for equipment support personnel with the method of ＂evaluation for the degree of excellence＂,aimed at providing a new method for the personnel selecting and training implementation.
