汽车修理分队维修人员工作能力的属性综合评价方法

摘　　要：为合理评价汽车修理分队维修人员工作能力,提出了维修人员工作能力评价指标,采用相对熵最小原理计算了指标的组合权重,基于属性综合评价理论构建了汽车修理分队维修人员工作能力评价模型。所给出的组合权重计算方法进一步完善了常规属性综合评价模型中指标权重的确定方法。同模糊综合评判模型相比,该模型的计算结果更合理。To assess the work ability of maintenance personnel in automobile repair rationally,the combining weight for each index was acquired based on the fundamental of minimizing relative entropy.Then an attribute comprehensive assessment model of work ability for maintenance personnel was established.The method of combining weight perfected the way of giving index＇s weight in a usual attribute comprehensive assessment model.Compared with Fuzzy comprehensive assessment model,the model is more reasonable.
