应用型教学模式下本科《财务管理》课程教学改革探讨

摘　　要：在应用型人才培养模式下,财务管理课程应紧紧围绕财务组织能力、资金时间价值的计算能力、投资风险价值的判断能力以及对财务管理环境的识别能力等课程能力指标来组织教学。但目前绝大多数应用型本科高校,在本课程的教学过程中仍不能摆脱传统教育观念和模式的影响,仍是重视知识教育,对课程的实践性、开放性以及有利于学生能力形成的职业性没有给予足够重视。本文结合财务管理课程特点,分析本课程在应用型教学模式方面存在的问题,并就如何提高其教学效果提出了一些对策和建议。The university course of Financial Management should emphasizes the ab ilities of finance organization,calculating the time value of money,deciding t he risk and value of investment and identifying the environment of financial man agement according to the application—oriented training pattern.But most of the application—oriented universities can＇t get rid of the influence of tradition al teaching concept and model yet,they still emphasize teaching knowledge inste ad of the practice teaching,opening teaching and profession teaching.This pape r analyzes the problems of the course teaching,combining the characteristics of this course according to the application—oriented training pattern,and puts f orward some countermeasures and suggestions about improving the teaching effects.
