以读者为本理念下提高图书馆流通率的探讨

摘　　要：信息时代对高校图书馆工作的改进和创新是一种冲击,也是一个契机。提高图书流通率是图书馆工作永恒的主题,笔者在"以读者为本"理念的指导下,从以下四个方面探讨了提高图书流通率的方法和途径:着眼读者需求、主动提供服务、推行首问负责、扩大服务范围等。The information age both produces a shock and provides a chance for un iversity library to improve and innovate its work.However,how to raise the ann ual circulation is the eternal theme of the library work.Guided by the readers-oriented concept,the author has probed into the ways and means of raising the a nnual circulation from four aspects：having the readers＇ requirements in mind,providing service actively,implementing the responsibility for first inquiry an d broadening the service scope.
