摘　　要：分析了科研课题组在高校教育中的作用与地位,提出从核心技术提炼、实验室建设和人才建设3个方面打造科研课题组平台,阐明学生参与和课题组长德才修养在科研课题组建设中的作用,并就学院如何在制度上促进科研课题组建设提出了建议。The status and functions of the research group in the high education is discussed.To Make scientific and technology plat from the three aspects： abstracting key technologies,building up laboratory and training person.It elaborates the function of students participating in the development of the research group.Some advices on how to promote the research group development is also discussed.
