摘　　要：本报告从调查疏理嘉兴市古籍保护的现状入手,剖析了嘉兴市古籍保护存在的主要困难和问题,并抓住当前古籍保护普遍存在的基础设施、技术手段落后、古籍家底不清以及古籍藏用矛盾等突出问题,有针对性地提出了加强古籍保护利用的对策和解决路径。This report investigates the protection of ancient books in Jiaxing,analyzes the main difficulties and problems existing in the protection and utilization of the ancient books,seizes the outstanding issues in the protection of ancient books from the following aspects：poor infrastructure,unclear ancient family property and the contradictions between protection and use of the books,and proposes some measures to further perfect the protection and utilization of ancient books.
