摘　　要：温哥华图书馆是加拿大第三大公共图书馆系统,它具有22个分支机构,温哥华公共图书馆一直将其网站(www.vpl.ca)视为第23个分馆。经过重新设计的温哥华公共图书馆网站,其界面简洁、易于使用,网站设计使用Web2.0工具,用户能够与图书馆工作人员以及其他用户进行交互,并提供个性化的机会,访问该网站用户能接收到高质量的服务。Vancouver Public Library（VPL）is the third largest public library system in Canada,and it has 22 branches,VPL has long considered its website（www.vpl.ca）to be its 23rd branch.VPL website redesigned is simple and easy to use.The design of website uses web2.0 tools,so users are able to interact with library staff and other users.This desgin also offers personalized opportunities for users.As a concequence,users can receive high-quality service access website.
