摘  要:采用"二次真空自耗电弧熔炼+锻造+温轧+退火处理"的工艺制备了V-5Cr-5Ti合金材料,并采用化学分析、光学金相(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和拉伸测试方法表征了合金的质量。结果表明,经二次电弧熔炼后,合金中O含量可控制在500~600μg/g范围内,但铸锭晶粒粗大。经1150℃锻造开坯、450℃温轧及1000℃/1h退火处理后,合金为细小等轴晶组织,晶粒小于100μm,其屈服强度为356MPa,抗拉强度为449MPa,伸长率约为31.5%,断面收缩率为71.5%。V-5Cr-5Ti alloy was prepared by double vacuum arc remelting(VAR) and then forging as well as warm rolling and annealing treatment to realize desirable chemical composition and mechanical properties,and properties and microstructure of the prepared alloy were characterized by chemical analysis,OM(optical microscope),SEM(scanning electron microscope) and tensile testing.The results show that oxygen content in the alloy can be controlled in 500~600 μg/g after double arc remelting,however,grain exhibits coarse in the ingot.Fine equiaxed grain with size lower than 100 μm can be observed in the prepared alloy with forging at 1 150 ℃ and warm rolling at 450 ℃ and then annealing at 1000 ℃ for one hour,and yield strength,tensile strength,elongation and area reduction reach 356 MPa,449 MPa,31.5% and 71.5%,respectively.
