摘  要:使用多工位电磁感应旋转加热装置对A356圆棒料进行重熔加热。选用不同的加热功率和工位,得到不同的非树枝晶组织,借助晶粒参数(如晶粒平均大小、形状系数、固相率等)对得到的显微组织进行研究,选出综合指标最优的加热工艺,再对该工艺加热的坯料压铸成阶梯试样。通过对阶梯试样性能分析,验证了该工艺的合理性和优越性。结合凝固理论,分析了坯料二次加热的演变规律。Through the reheating A356 cilinder-shaped billet with the multi-station rotating electromagnetic induction equipment,variation of aluminum alloy structure from room temperature to semi-solid temperature was described.With different heating powers and heating stations,different non-dendritic structures in the semi-solid aluminum alloy billets were observed.Microstructure of the prepared billets was investigated by grain parameters including grain average size,shape coefficient and solid fraction.Optimized processing parameters were presented.Reheating billets based on optimized parameters were cut into multi-step samples to conduct thixo-forming die casting.Rationality and superiority of the process can be verified by analyzing the performance of multi-step samples.Based on solidification theory,evolution characteristics of the billet during reheating process were expounded.
