摘  要:在自制的铜包铝气压连铸成形设备上,成功地连铸出内径为8mm,铜层厚度为2mm的小尺寸铜包铝双金属连铸复合棒坯。复合棒坯连续稳定,表面质量良好。经扫描电镜观察和剪切强度测试,发现铜包覆层厚度均匀,内部铜铝界面形成具有一定厚度的扩散边界,内外层金属实现了有效结合。经过后续拉拔加工,成功制备出外径为0.95mm的铜包铝复合线材,经测试,其退火后的抗拉强度,伸长率和电阻率分别为208.43MPa,13.44%,2.454×10-6Ω·cm。Copper cladding aluminum rod with 8 mm in inner diameter and 2 mm in copper layer thickness were successfully made on the self-designed equipment for copper cladding aluminum continuous casting with air pressure.Composite rods exhibit good surface quality and stable continuous casting process.SEM(scanning electron microscope) observation and shearing strength testing were conducted.The results show that copper cladding aluminum rod has uniform thickness,and copper-aluminum interface in the inner exhibits diffusion interface with some thickness,realizing effective bonding of inner and outer metal.Copper cladding aluminum wire with 0.95 mm in diameter is made through the subsequent drawing process.And the wire exhibits good performance in mechanical properties and electrical performance.
