无菌敷贴与手术薄膜在脊柱术后切口中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究无菌敷贴外加手术薄膜在脊柱术后切口中的应用效果。方法选择将行脊柱后路手术切口的患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组采用传统的1张酒精纱布和4张双层无菌小纱布外加1张棉垫覆盖在切口上包扎,观察组采用无菌敷贴外加手术薄膜超过3 cm覆盖切口,采用同一标准观察两组敷料清洁度、细菌培养性率、换药时间、次数及患者的舒适度评判标准。结果观察组切口敷料细菌阳性率低于对照组,而且术后前3 d日均换药次数时间、费用低于对照组(P<0.001),患者舒适度高。结论无菌敷贴外加手术薄膜用于脊柱术后切口伤口包扎,使用方便、安全、有效降低了患者的护理成本,减少了护理工作量,提高了患者术后前3 d的舒适度。Objective To study the efficacy of sterile dressing combined with surgical film in incision nursing care after spinal surgery.Methods Totally 84 patients who were going to receive posterior spinal surgery were randomized into observation group and control group（n=42）.One piece of alcohol gauze,four pieces of double-sized sterile gauze and one piece of small pad were used in control group while sterile dressing combined with surgical film（more than 3 cm around the incision） were employed in observation group.The cleanliness,germiculture positive rate,treatment time and number and degree of comfort were observed with the same standard.Results Lower germiculture positive rate and cost,less treatment time on first three days after treatment as well as higher degree of comfort were found in observation group（P0.001）.Conclusion It is safe and convenient to apply sterile dressing combined with surgical film in incision nursing care after spinal surgery.It can reduce the nursing cost and workload and improve patient＇s degree of comfort on the first three days after operation.
