徐特立的青年工作经验及其当代启示

摘　　要：徐特立在江西苏区和陕甘宁边区工作期间,除担任教育领导工作外,还积极开展青年工作,赢得了"老青年"的赞誉。徐特立对青年的地位和特点、青年工作的原则和方法等,都有深刻而独到的见解。徐特立青年工作的主要内容包括开展青年思想政治工作、教导青年学习文化知识、关心青年的个人生活状况等。徐特立的青年工作理念、原则、方法,对做好当前青年工作仍具有指导和借鉴意义。During his work in Jiangxi Soviet Region and Shan-ganning Border Region,XU Te-li was active in youth work as well as educational leadership, winning the honor of ＂an old young man＂.Xu had profound and original insights into the status and characteristics of young people and principles and methods of youth work.His youth work mainly included ideological and political work with young people,young people＇s learning cultural knowledge and concern for young people＇s personal life.His ideas,his principles and methods in youth work are of great significance to guide the current youth work.
