新型双向加压钉治疗跟骨骨折畸形愈合的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价新型双向加压钉治疗跟骨骨折畸形愈合的临床疗效。方法:2010年1月至今我院收治的跟骨骨折畸形愈合28例,采用新型双向加压钉手术方法,按Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能。术后平均随访5个月。结果:95%的病人跟距关节创伤性关节炎消失,100%的病人跟骨外侧畸形膨隆消失,后足功能改善有效率达到95%以上,根据Maryland随访足部评分,优12足,良14足,可2足,差0足。结论:新型双向加压钉治疗跟骨骨折畸形愈合,可取得良好的手术效果。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of new bi-directional compression nail for the treatment of calcaneal fracture malunion. Method： 28 patients with calcaneal fracture malunion were in our hospital since January 2010. We used surgical techniques of new bi-directional compression nails to treat the disease and evaluated the scores by Maryland method. All of them were followed up for 5 months after the surgery. Result： 95% of patients with lateral calcaneal deformity disappeared. traumatic arthritis of talocalcaneal joint and 100% of patients bulging The improved efficiency of function of the hind was 95%. According to Maryland score, there were 12 of excellent foot, 14 of good foot, 2 of passable foot and 0 of poor foot. Conclusion： The new bi-directional compression nail for the treatment of calcaneal fracture malunion could achieve a good outcome.
