摘　　要：央行自4月21日起上调存款准备金率0.5个百分点,为2011年来第四次上调,也是去年紧缩周期以来第10次上调,这将使大型金融机构存款准备金率达到20.5%历史高位。在偏紧的货币政策下,正在扩张中的H大型煤炭企业集团积极研究多种金融融资工具特点,为"偏紧"的货币政策开出适宜企业集团发展的"融资良方"。From April 21, the central bank raised deposit reserve rate 0.5 percentage., this was the fourth raise since 2011 and the tenth raise since the tightening economic cycle of last year, it will increase the deposit reserve rate for large financial institutions to historic highs of 20.5%. Under the tight monetary policy, H coal enterprise group which is in the prucess of expansion studies actively of characteristics of various financial financing tools, and tries to find the right financing methods suitable for the development of enterprise group under such ＂tight＂ monetary policies.
