摘　　要：目的通过用外用冻干重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(rhaFGF)棉片贴补治疗鼓膜穿孔,探讨rhaFGF在鼓膜穿孔修复中的作用。方法将门诊鼓膜穿孔患者114例(116侧耳)随机分为两组,分别采用rhaFGF棉片和氯霉素棉片进行贴补,对其治疗结果及治愈时间进行对比。统计学处理采用卡方检验。结果用rhaFGF棉片进行鼓膜贴补组的治愈率明显高于氯霉素组。结论 rhaFGF对鼓膜纤维层和上皮层生长有明显促进作用,是鼓膜穿孔后贴补或修补手术治疗较理想的辅助用药。Objective To investigate repair of tympanic membrane perforation with a cotton sheet of lyophilized recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor（rhaFGF）,and explore the role of rhaFGF in the healing of tympanic membrane perforation.Methods 114 cases of perforated tympanic membrane（116 ear）,between June 2007 to October 2010,were randomly divided into the rhaFGF group and the Chloromycetin group which used a cotton sheet soaked with rhaFGF or chloramphenicol respectively.Results of treatments and healing time were compared.Results The cure rate of the rhaFGF group was significantly higher than that of the Chloromycetin group.Conclusion rhaFGF can obviously promote growth of the epithelium and fiber layer of tympanic membrane.It is an ideal auxiliary drug for the treatment of the tympanic membrane perforation,which should be widely applied.
