摘　　要：钢铁生产较为刚性,无法轻松地根据市场变化调节产量,钢铁行业只能通过分销渠道的物流优化来提高响应速度、节约成本。文章针对钢铁产品分析了分销物流存在的问题,探讨建立了基于物联网技术的供应链集成钢铁分销配送中心模式,该模式有助于商物分离、综合集成多方资源,缓解现有钢铁分销物流中的各类矛盾。The inflexibility of the steel production cannot regulate the amount when market changes.Therefore,the industry can only optimize the physical distribution to improve reaction time and save costs.This paper presents a new model of logistic distribution center in steel industry which based on EPC system and supply chain integration.It helps to separate the logistics from business and can relieve their contradictions through integration of sources.
