摘　　要：从工业经济时代到知识经济时代,连锁经营机理随之演变:从以规模化扩张实现成本降低、以专业化管理提高效率降低费用以实现规模经济,转向基于知识的经济性通过知识复制实现知识资产产权效益、规模经济、降低运营成本、品牌效应、竞争优势以及连锁体系价值链利益均衡。基于机理演变,知识经济时代的连锁经营随之创新。From industrial economy to the era of knowledge economy,the mechanism of chain management also changes： make the cost reduction in scale expansion,improve efficiency and reduce cost with specialized management in order to achieve economies of scale,steering through knowledge copy based on knowledge economy to achieve knowledge property right benefit,scale economy,lower operating costs,the brand effect,competitive advantages and chain system of benefit equilibrium value chain.
