摘　　要：江苏拥有丰富的港口资源,在港口投融资方面已经取得了显著成就,但江苏港口投融资领域仍存在诸多突出问题。文章认为,应从以港口基础设施建设与运营的市场化来提高港口投资效率、探索港口公用事业的企业化经营管理机制、积极引导民间资本和外资参与江苏港口投融资等方面着手健全完善江苏港口投融资机制。Jiangsu province is rich in port resources.Jiangsu has made remarkable achievements in the field of port investment and financing,but there are still many outstanding problems in the field.To improve the mechanism of port investment and financing,Jiangsu must mainly take the following countermeasures： according to the market rules to construct and operate the port infrastructure so as to improve the efficiency of port investment;exploring the management mechanism of port utilities like the enterprise;actively guiding the private capital and foreign investment to take part in port investment and financing.
